The ideal candidate will support the development and optimization of packaging solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements, contributing to product success and sustainability initiatives.

💼 Role: R&D Packaging Analyst
What You’ll Do- 🎯 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts
- 📊 Analyze packaging performance and suggest improvements
- 📝 Prepare technical documentation for packaging specifications
- 🔬 Conduct tests to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- ♻️ Support sustainability initiatives through innovative packaging designs
- 🤝 Assist in vendor management and material sourcing
- ✅ BS or MS degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design, or a related field
- ✅ Minimum 6 Months Of Experience
- ✅ Packaging analysis and development
- ✅ Packaging materials (bottles, closures, labels, cans, glass, corrugated, unit loads, etc)
- ✅ Worked in food science related company (preferred)
