RISE isn't a traditional classroom learning experience - it's real engineering from day one. As an integral member of the team, you will rotate through multiple disciplines, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn directly from experts who are shaping the future of Aptar's innovative packaging and dispensing solutions. It's a chance to explore, experiment, and find your path with the support of a global industry leader.

• Duration: 2 years (July 2026 - June 2028)
• Rotations: 3 immersive rotations in 3 different locations, ~8 months each
• Possible Locations: Congers, NY | Cary, IL | Mukwonago, WI | Auburn, AL | Lincolnton, NC
