We connect high-performing professionals with organizations that value people, performance, and growth—helping leaders find roles where they can make an impact and build meaningful careers.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnered with a high-volume injection molding manufacturer investing heavily in new tooling, automation, and production expansion across multiple sites. This newly created role supports increased demand, new programs, and internal mold build capability. You’ll work across locations helping lead mold repair, rebuilds, and new tool efforts. Ideal for a hands‑on tooling expert who understands how molds truly function and enjoys being the technical bridge between the floor and the tool room.

What You’ll Do

Support mold repair, rebuild, and new mold builds across multiple facilities. Lead corrective actions and technical troubleshooting on injection molds and related components. Review designs and prints in Solid Works and guide improvements. Partner with production and tool room teams to determine root cause, tooling vs. process. Serve as a technical liaison between shop and molding operations. Assist with training newer team members and standardizing repair practices.

Who You Are

You’re a mold and tooling specialist who understands how injection molds work in real production, not just on paper. You’re practical, direct, and comfortable leading technical conversations. You enjoy solving root problems, guiding repairs, and helping teams’ level up. You work well in fast‑paced, close‑knit technical groups.

  • Solid Works print review and mold design exposure preferred
  • Knowledge of strip molds and complex core features

  • Training and technical mentoring capability
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Why This Role Matters

Reporting Structure

  • Works closely with mold build and production directors
  • Supports multiple facilities through hybrid travel model (approx. 50% onsite)
