In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting mechanical systems and components in various construction projects, ensuring they meet all code requirements and safety standards. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in mechanical systems, we invite you to apply.
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Verify compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address and resolve issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- ICC Mechanical Inspector certification required.
- Solid experience in mechanical systems inspection and evaluation.
- In‑depth knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage inspections efficiently.
