Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in Windows Desktop Engineering and Virtualization to lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise‑grade Windows endpoint and virtual desktop solutions. This role focuses on delivering a secure, scalable, and high‑performance experience across both physical and virtual environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, Citrix Workspace, Windows 365, and Power Shell scripting.
Responsibilities- Engineer and support Windows 10/11 desktop environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Intune for Windows device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Design, implement, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix Workspace environments, including image management and application delivery.
- Manage and optimize Windows 365 Cloud PCs, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts for automation of desktop and virtual environment tasks.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement Zero Trust and modern device management principles.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex Windows and virtualization issues and mentor junior engineers.
- Maintain documentation for engineering standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the Windows desktop and virtualization experience.

- 5+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or endpoint management.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Citrix or Windows 365 virtualization platforms.
- Proven experience in managing large‑scale Windows and virtual desktop environments.
- Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and enterprise deployment strategies.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Strong scripting skills in Power Shell.
- Experience with Citrix Cloud, Citrix Studio, MCS, and Citrix ADC.
- Proficiency in managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs and hybrid virtual desktop environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, and Bit Locker.
- Understanding of networking, identity management, and endpoint security.
- Obtains any of the following certifications:

Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty - Citrix Certified Associate or Expert (CCA‑V / CCE‑V)
