** Overview**## We are seeking a
*** Project Director with
*** experience in Transit Facilities, ADA Improvements, and State-of-Good-Repair to join our
** Rails and Transit team
** in
*** New York, NY*.
**** Your role
*** Grow, nurture, and strengthen external relationships with key clients, contractors, business partners, and competitors. Drive joint initiatives and use networks to influence and close deals.
* Oversee the delivery of complex projects (e.g. design-build and GEC), ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
* Act as a role model and ambassador for the company, representing the brand, vision, and value proposition both internally and externally.
* Build and maintain strong networks with clients including public agencies and/or contractors, manage client accounts, and create a client-centric vision for business development.
* Lead proposals and business development efforts.
* Establish and nurture an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.##
** About you
*** A bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for a master’s degree.
* P.E. or R.A. License in New York State.
* Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the transportation market.
* Experience in the development of rail infrastructure projects.
* Direct experience with project management and business development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.##

** Expected compensation range is between $130,000- $216,600 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
