* What you will do:

*** Work closely with operations team to identify problems in the process
* Create standard work that reflects the requirements of the process
* Train operators to ensure consistent operation across all shifts
* Implement solutions by working with Manufacturing Engineers and Operations associates that makes the process; ,Safer, Higher quality, Repeatable, and More efficient
* Maintain and drive continuous improvements to manufacturing standard work, ensuring alignment with internal customer requirements and systemic audit findings.
* Foster improved communication between shop floor and engineering groups.
* Identify and solve problems in the manufacturing process
* Query Access Database to investigate manufacturing proces
* Quality improvement by ownership of PFMEA projects
* OEE improvement by identifying RCCA and implementation
* Refer difficulties to Engineering Manager.
* May be assigned to tasks not specifically listed within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
** Qualifications you must have:
*** HS Diploma or AA/AS degree(or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

*** The salary range for this role is 41,400 USD - 72,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
