The team is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimise complex network architectures across fibre and wireless environments. The role will focus on ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance while mentoring technical teams and supporting network growth initiatives.

• Configure, monitor, and maintain point-to-point wireless systems and fiber backhaul.
• Travel to local tower and customer sites to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot network equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical network incidents.
• Support hybrid wireless-fiber deployments and customer activations.
• Maintain accurate CRM and documentation for network changes and service calls.

• 3–5 years of network engineering experience within ISP, WISP, or telecom.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Hands-on experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Siklu/Siquligo (or similar wireless platforms).
• Ability to work independently and solve complex network issues in the field.
