Senior Project Engineer

Location: New York

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
* 9+ years of technical engineering experience with at least 1 year of technical leadership experience.
* Technical leadership experience with 5-10 member teams
* Must possess excellent oral presentations skills
* Able to manage and maintain the engineering team's focus on budget, schedule, and technical execution
* Good communication skills, writing skills, and teamwork skills are required
* Available to travel 10%-20%
* Proficient in the use of collaboration tools to support the distributed nature of the work
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Demonstrated planning and organization skills
* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of tools and Microsoft Project
* Demonstrated ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions
* Demonstrated ability to understand and apply project leadership principles including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM)
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with nine years’ experience
* DoD Secret or higher security clearance
* Development or production experience with DoD software defined radios
