- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in managing products from early-stage development to significant user growth.
- Experience crafting and writing user‑centric evals to launch model features.
- Experience in product design sense and a passion for building beautiful, user‑centric interfaces.
- Ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) for prototyping and transformation of the Product Management role.
- Ability to solve information issues while building delightful, high‑impact AI experiences.

In this role, you will work cross‑functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
Our team works closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world’s information. You will guide products throughout the execution cycle, focusing on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our users.
In this role, you will shape a fast‑growing AI product, building the consumer‑facing product for context management, pioneering AI‑driven informational content creation, evolving the product into a multimodal and intuitive UI, and relentlessly pushing models to their fullest capabilities to solve real user problems and help users do more at school, work, and life. You will lead a cross‑functional team and manage issues at the frontier of AI while building and growing a widely used product.
US base salary range for this full‑time position is $192,000-$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. For additional details, your recruiter will share the specific range for your preferred location.
Responsibilities- Construct user‑centered evaluation rubrics for core agent capabilities and new product directions like Notebook Operating System (Notebook
OS). - Manage new model releases.
- Drive a personalization and memories strategy across the product.
- Translate user needs, technical requirements, and goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and clear specifications for engineering, design, and research teams.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire product, using data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform the roadmap.
