VDC Manager

This is a remote role within the United States. US work authorization is required.

VIATechnik's Studio Flow is seeking a VDC Manager who is ready to elevate digital delivery for a diverse portfolio of leading contractors, owners, and design firms. In this position, you will oversee end-to-end VDC engagements, ensure technical rigor, guide project teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. You will translate complex BIM/VDC workflows into practical field and coordination outcomes that materially improve project performance.

The role blends delivery excellence, team leadership, and innovation. You will refine workflows, strengthen client relationships, and introduce emerging technologies that enhance modeling quality, coordination efficiency, and field execution.

Your work directly influences how major clients plan, coordinate, and deliver construction projects. The results are measurable: reduced rework, improved coordination, stronger predictability, and better decision-making.

You will lead complex, high-visibility engagements while gaining exposure to advanced modeling tools, automation, AI-augmented workflows, and field technologies. This position offers a clear path toward broader studio leadership and strategic client ownership.

You will help clients identify process improvements, drive standardization, and shape digital delivery strategies across projects and organizations.

Own project execution from modeling strategy to clash coordination, model management, and field deliverables. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery aligned with VIATechnik standards.

Lead client meetings, present technical work with clarity, and surface opportunities for enhanced coordination, workflow improvement, or expanded service offerings.

Coach, mentor, and develop BIM specialists and project teams. Drive consistency in deliverables, reduce rework, and elevate team performance through structured training and expectations.

Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging tools including AI-enabled workflows, automation, and field technologies that improve reliability and efficiency in VDC execution.
