Kiss-Architects is a Brooklyn-based firm with a decades-long record as a world pioneer in sustainable building technologies and systems.
Projects involving positive energy/negative carbon buildings and infrastructure (mixed-use BIPV Passive House; hydroponic greenhouse laboratory/classrooms; integrated plant-based and radiant cooling); and urban planning based on self‑sustaining techno‑ecosystems. Internships are paid, part time to full time, for periods from six months to one year with possible extensions.
Applicants must be New York State residents attending or having attended any college or university, regardless of location, within the last 12 months; or an out‑of‑state student attending or having attended a college or university located in New York State within the last 12 months.
Familiarity with BIM, LCA, and energy analysis software a plus. Passion for the environment and design excellence a must!
