The primary purpose of this job is to support the Manager, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) with day-to-day EHSS programs and requirements to ensure EHSS compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices.

What You'll Do- Perform inspections, audits, and reviews assigned by EHSS Manager as required by regulations and best practices, and help identify solutions to findings.
- Assist the EHSS Team in completing projects related to required technical or administrative programs and other company EHSS goals.
- Gather information from meetings, reports, and audits to determine trends, generate reports, and maintain action trackers.
- Assist in the collection, entry, maintenance, and analysis of EHSS statistics in Integer's Incident Management System and prepare reports required for internal and external requirements.
- Support compliance with hazardous waste and hazardous materials usage, storage, and disposal.
- Coordinate and assist with EHSS training programs.
- Facilitate the review and completion of accident investigations and corrective actions for incidents, including injuries/illnesses, environmental, property damage, vehicle, security and observation/suggestions/near misses.
- Promote Behavior Based Safety principles in accordance with company EHSS philosophy, programs, and culture.
- Assist in records maintenance, files and reports as required by OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and other local, state and country regulations.
- Maintain safety equipment in working order and perform or coordinate required inspections, maintenance and testing as required.
What You'll Bring: Associate's degree in environmental, natural, or equivalent science, engineering technology, occupational safety/industrial hygiene, or fire safety.
Preferred QualificationsWhat Sets You Apart: Certifications in First Aid, CPR, & AED; DOT/IATA, RCRA.
