Onsite – Buffalo, NY, East Aurora, NY location (first shift)

• Plan and execute cost‑effective quality processes to meet or exceed contractual quality requirements and provide the required level of protection to Moog and its customers.
• Drive quality success on program teams in meeting contractual requirements and making crucial quality‑related decisions for customers.
• Collaborate with global partners to gather insights, resolve challenges, meet program requirements, and maintain consistent, transparent communication with customers.
• Improve production by conducting QE studies, recommending design changes, and providing quality support to manufacturing personnel.
• Facilitate cross‑functional teams through problem‑solving activities, including failure analysis, root‑cause and corrective‑action analysis, risk mitigation, material review, customer & government interface, audit support, configuration control, and traceability.
• Develop quality plans for receiving inspection, manufacturing operations, assembly & test processes, and final inspection.
• Work directly with customers and suppliers to identify root cause and corrective actions on complex issues.
• Reduce inspection costs and prevent failure‑related expenses through statistical analysis and problem‑solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with problem‑solving tools and documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in East Aurora, NY (remote candidates not considered).
