Semiconductor Process Engineer - Photo

• Develop and integrate photolithography unit processes for advanced memory technologies
• Perform material evaluations, reticle and layout development, OPC, overlay optimization, and process window analysis
• Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization
• Partner with equipment vendors to evaluate tools and improve process capability
• Document processes, communicate results, and support technology transfer to manufacturing

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other Engineering or Technical Degree relevant to Photolithography and Process Development.
• B.S. with 3+ years semiconductor processing experience with emphasis on Lithography will also be considered.
• Experience in photolithography or semiconductor process development
• Working knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods
• Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional technical teams

• Experience with advanced lithography techniques, especially High NA EUV, OPC, or overlay optimization
• Familiarity with process integration and high‑volume manufacturing support
• Experience working with semiconductor equipment vendors or R&D environments
