Responsibilities- Develop and integrate photolithography unit processes for advanced memory technologies
- Perform material evaluations, reticle and layout development, OPC, overlay optimization, and process window analysis
- Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization
- Partner with equipment vendors to evaluate tools and improve process capability
- Document processes, communicate results, and support technology transfer to manufacturing
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other Engineering or Technical Degree relevant to Photolithography and Process Development.
- B.S. with 3+ years semiconductor processing experience with emphasis on Lithography will also be considered.
- Experience in photolithography or semiconductor process development
- Working knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods
- Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional technical teams
- Experience with advanced lithography techniques, especially High NA EUV, OPC, or overlay optimization
- Familiarity with process integration and high‑volume manufacturing support
- Experience working with semiconductor equipment vendors or R&D environments
