MUST HAVE 8 YEARS OF MEP DESIGN EXPERIENCE
Associate (Mechanical) – Fitout/ Mission critical/ Healthcare | Midtown (Hybrid)
Join a leading engineering firm based in Midtown working on large scale Infrastructure projects
. We’re looking for a motivated Associate (Mechanical) to support the design and delivery of high-performance critical infrastructure.
- Partner with the Department Head to create initial design concepts and oversee projects through to final delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects
- Lead the preparation and review of all project documentation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time completion
- Maintain high technical and operational standards across all project deliverables
- Clearly communicate and present design solutions in both client-facing and internal meetings
- Coordinate project teams effectively to ensure deadlines and design objectives are achieved
- Manage design modifications, approvals, and project change processes from initiation through implementation
- Deliver multiple renovation/fit-out projects and large-scale complex developments successfully from planning through completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or a related discipline
- 8–14 years of relevant engineering experience within the built environment sector
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software and calculation tools, including platforms such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects effectively with strong organisational and team management capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of discipline-specific project scopes, applicable industry codes, and cross-functional coordination requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of documentation standards and deliverables across all project stages, including SD, DD, CD, and specification packages
- Leading MEP
- Excellent exposure to complex, high-impact engineering projects
