* Produce detailed fabrication drawings including GD&T, materials, finishes, and cleanliness requirements

* Support optical-mechanical integration by documenting alignment features, mounts, stages, and enclosures

* Ensure drawings comply with company standards, semiconductor industry requirements, and configuration control processes

* Manage drawing revisions, ECOs/ECNs, and PLM/PDM workflows

* Perform drawing checks for accuracy, tolerance stack-ups, and completeness prior to release

* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to resolve design and documentation issues

* Support prototype builds, as-built documentation, and design-for-manufacturability efforts

* Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Drafting/CAD Technicians

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years of professional drafting/CAD experience in precision mechanical or optomechanical environments

* Proficiency in mechanical CAD software such as Solid Works, Creo

* Strong working knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)

* Experience creating detailed manufacturing drawings for machined and sheet metal parts

* Ability to read and interpret mechanical and assembly drawings

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment or optomechanical systems

* Familiarity with cleanroom requirements, materials, and surface finishes

* Experience with PLM/PDM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile)

* Knowledge of tolerance analysis, thermal effects, and vibration considerations

* Experience supporting prototype builds and production transitions

* Experience with CNC machine tools and programming is a bonus!

Why Join Us

* Work on cutting-edge semiconductor and optical technologies

* Collaborate with highly skilled engineering teams

* Competitive compensation and benefits
