What You’ll Bring :

Required:
  • Bachelor’s of Science in chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering and related engineering degree; or equivalent experience
  • Recent graduate to 3 years of direct consulting or industry experience involving greenhouse gas or emission inventory support, product carbon foot printing, life cycle analysis, and/or Clean Air Act permitting and compliance
  • Strong hands‑on spreadsheet and database comprehension
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, and a desire to work in a growing team
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a high desire to learn and apply new concepts
Preferred:
  • MS and/or EIT
  • Driver's License

    Required:

    This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area
  • Local or regional candidates preferred
  • Advanced Excel such as Queries, Pivot Tables, Macros

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively within a large team to deliver technical outputs that inform clients and project teams
  • Implement climate change projects, including greenhouse gas inventories, emission reductions, energy efficiency, public disclosure, and verification
  • Conduct air quality analyses, assess regulatory compliance, and perform regulatory applicability evaluations
  • Develop complete and accurate air quality permits for Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration, and New Source Review compliance; interact with local regulators to support application review and issuance
  • Conduct client site assessments, including leak detection and repair monitoring, stack testing support, and other on‑site services as needed
  • Implement environmental management systems and processes
  • Prepare clear recommendations and technical reports
  • Perform environmental compliance audits and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high‑quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ERM colleagues, and subcontractors
Compensation and Benefits:
