Multiple positions available.
- Plan, design and implement complex high-volume direct-to-consumer fulfillment processes, systems and facilities for capacity expansion and continuous improvement of worldwide fulfillment infrastructure throughout the large-scale supply chain network that increases critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance.
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale industrial engineering projects using MS Excel, Auto Cad and MS Project.
- Work with complex Material Handling Systems, packaging equipment and other processing gear to design safe and efficient fulfillment processes.
- Use Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and/or Kaizen to analyze Fulfillment Center processes and equipment and recommend and implement improvements to safety procedures, work processes and labor standards.
- Lead and coordinate design efforts between internal teams and outside vendors to develop optimal solutions for the network, including equipment specification, material flow, process design, and site layout.
- Manage capital projects and create conceptual drawings, equipment specifications and bid documentation to facilitate a competitive bid environment.
- Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality with vendors or subcontractors. Inspect facilities in accordance with corporate standards and procedures relating to material handling, processing and storage.
- Develop and manage budget and contract documents including Requests for Proposals, change order controls, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Coordinate with local site management to ensure proper operator training, procedural compliance, maintenance and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment.
- Domestic and international travel up to 80% to perform role responsibilities is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAll applicants must meet all the above listed requirements.
- Experience must include: 1 year of experience in project engineering, process engineering, project management, manufacturing engineering, or related, 1 year of experience leading projects, programs or initiatives with continually increasing scope and impact, 1 year of operations management/distribution center experience with direct management or responsibility for material handling, automation, or other technical projects, 1 year of experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing, 1 year of experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet programs, 1 year of experience with design and/or implementation automation solutions (e.g., Conveyors, Sorters, high-speed manufacturing and packaging lines, Robotic work cells).
