Job TitleReliability Engineer – Maintenance Optimization & Failure Analysis
Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to enhance operational performance and reduce failure rates through strategic maintenance planning. You will drive the development of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs and support condition-based maintenance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Weibull analysis.
- Implement reliability modeling and optimization practices.
- Support RCM strategy deployment and asset criticality ranking.
- Analyze performance data to improve system uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to develop PM tasks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Reliability, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
- 5–7 years in reliability engineering or RCM programs.
- Experience with infrastructure or industrial asset maintenance required.
- FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance tools
- Root cause analysis
- Use of reliability tools (Relia Soft, RAM Commander, etc.)
- Statistical and data analytics
- ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
- CMRT or CMRP a plus
