Electrical Engineer - FIR Lead

• Become the point-of-contact and subject matter expert for a complex circuit card assembly.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts through both hands‑on investigation and coordinating the efforts of a small team of engineers.
• Report status of troubleshooting and improvement efforts regularly to Program Managers and EPMS.
• Communicate strongly with Quality, Production and Test Engineering on status and material movement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering along with at least a year of post‑graduation experience.
• Experience troubleshooting circuit boards and assemblies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills.

• A track record of positive communication.

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C. is $70,100 – $123,625. Salary may vary by state and work location.
