We are seeking a Senior Energy Engineer capable of leading Business Development efforts and assisting the engineering team providing project management oversight for services including energy audits, retro‑commissioning, construction review, and energy incentive programs for local utilities, State & Federal (ConED, NYSERDA, etc.). BAS/Controls experience achieving Energy Efficiency goals through the Optimization/Integration of BMS Systems and Controls for a variety of clients and facilities.

Seeking a self‑starter delivering high value to the client with minimal oversight from Project Managers and Senior Management. The Senior Energy Engineer is semi‑autonomous and can collaborate directly with client stakeholders in Senior Management Positions on a daily basis.

• 10 years of Engineering consulting experience in Energy Efficiency sector
• Local Business Development experience within Energy Efficient, Decarbonization, Controls Markets
• PE, CEM, or other similar Energy/Engineering credentials
• Knowledge of Energy Audit and Retro‑Commissioning process and practices
• Working experience with Building Management Systems/Building Automation Systems (BMS/BAS)
• Working knowledge of NY/NJ utility incentive programs (Con Ed, NYSERDA, NJ Smart Start)
• Energy Project Finance and Funding Methods
• Team & Project Management Oversight
