Are you an MEP or Mechanical Engineer looking to step into a start-up environment where you can take technical ownership, influence direction, and fast-track into a senior role?

This is not a typical engineering role. You will be joining at ground level, working alongside leadership and directly impacting project delivery, technical standards, and future growth. Backed by an established parent group and with a strong pipeline of projects already secured, the business offers the excitement of a start-up with the stability and backing to scale.
On offer is a highly technical, high-impact position where you will take ownership of MEP system design and quickly step into a lead role. You will work closely with an experienced Applications Engineer for direct knowledge transfer, gaining exposure to advanced clean energy systems, including heat pumps and sustainable heating technologies. As the company grows, you will naturally progress into a senior position, with the opportunity to mentor others, lead projects, and become a recognised technical authority within the business.
This role would suit an engineer who wants more than just a job, someone looking to take ownership, gain recognition, and grow with a business from the ground up.
The Role:
- Design and size MEP systems focused on cutting-edge clean energy and heat pump technologies
- Take technical ownership of projects from concept through to commissioning
- Work directly with senior leadership and engineers, gaining hands-on knowledge transfer
- Contribute to innovative, bespoke engineering solutions in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Play a key role in shaping technical processes and supporting business growth
- Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of building systems and engineering design
- Ambitious and motivated to step into a technical lead role within a growing start-up
