As Cost Estimator II, you will prepare budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for design and construction projects, ensuring the seamless transformation of plans into reality for our valued clients. In this position, you’ll play a crucial part in the accurate and timely preparation of material and labor estimates, interacting with vendors and collaborating to compile precise cost estimates in alignment with project plans and specifications.

We are committed to fostering a work environment that balances professional excellence with personal well-being.

TCT is proud to offer competitive benefits, including a generous PTO and holiday package, and the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to thrive both in and out of the office. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is bright, enthusiastic, and works comfortably in a team environment. You will assist in preparing cost estimates from the conceptual phase through construction documents.

This is a great opportunity for an entry to mid-level estimator with an interest in private and public sector architectural and engineering design projects. This career-track position offers numerous opportunities for growth, leadership development, and mentorship with our project management team.
