• Provide overall administrative and technical management support on new façade/roofing opportunities from proposal preparation through final acceptance by client.
• Examine building exterior envelopes, develop work scopes and provide budget projections.
• Local Law 11/FISP reporting, site inspections, recording conditions, report writing, compiling findings for DOB.
• Establish project objectives, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy; coordinate project designs with other disciplines.
• Prepare construction documents and details to address all deficiencies in accordance with DOB and LPC requirements and guidelines.
• Conduct contractor bid solicitations and reviews.
• Perform construction observation and special inspections, issue site visit reports, and maintain ongoing dialogue with LPC where applicable.
• Create and maintain project schedules; issue change orders, review payment applications, and oversee project close‑out.
• Actively monitor project budgets to ensure profitability, develop and maintain client relationships, identify new work opportunities and inform Client Services.

• 4‑Year degree in Architecture or Engineering
• 2 to 5 years’ experience designing and administering exterior repair/roofing projects
• Well versed in building exterior envelope, weatherproofing, masonry repair, historic preservation, landmarks, roofing projects, and FISP inspections and reports
• New York experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated mastery in estimating, scheduling, budgeting/ cost control, construction observation, client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Strong interpersonal communication, organization and leadership skills, and ability to train others and monitor their work for quality and completeness

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 – 100,000 USD per year (Office)
