Job DescriptionC.T. Male Associates, a 100% employee‑owned, multi‑discipline architectural and engineering firm in the Northeast, seeks a motivated and skilled individual to join the Architectural Services team in our Latham, NY office.

What You’ll Do- Lead projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.
- Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted relationships and guiding project direction.
- Coordinate across in‑house disciplines (civil, MEP, environmental, survey) and external consultants.
- Oversee the technical development and documentation of projects.
- Develop cost estimates, perform value analysis, and help clients make informed decisions.
- Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to team development.
- Prepare technical reports, building assessments, and feasibility evaluations.
- Help shape internal design and technical standards.
- 10 – 15 years of experience: $95,000 - $120,000 annually
- 15+ years of experience: $115,000 - $135,000 annually
The starting pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Job RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent) from a four‑year college or technical school.
- Ten plus years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Registered Architect (R.A.) in New York State, or actively pursuing licensure.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related tools.
- Deep understanding of building codes and construction practices.
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
