Who You Are
We're seeking an individual to:
Become the point-of-contact and subject matter expert for a complex circuit card assembly.
Lead troubleshooting efforts through both hands-on investigation and coordinating the efforts of a small team of engineers.
Report status of troubleshooting and improvement efforts regularly to Program Managers and EPMS.
Communicate strongly with Quality, Production and Test Engineering on status and material movement.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering along with at least a year of post graduation experience.
Experience troubleshooting circuit boards and assemblies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills.

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
