This position is located in New York City and is part of the Buildings team, which handles new construction, renovation, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation projects.
Responsibilities- Structural design and analysis for a wide range of building projects involving steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and other building systems.
- Preparation of drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site investigations to document existing conditions.
- Coordinate with staff and clients on projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (Master’s Degree considered an asset).
- 3-6 years of experience in residential, commercial, or institutional building projects; historic preservation experience is an asset.
- Proficiency with analysis software (e.g., RISA, SAP, RAM) and working knowledge of REVIT.
- P.E. license preferred; S.E. license considered an asset.
- Client‑focused with commitment to integrity, innovation, and sustainability.
- Demonstrated collaboration in diverse and inclusive teams.
Compensation: $88,000 – $104,000 annually (local market).
