Compensation: $120K – $130K base salary + variable compensation

Are you passionate about technology and solving complex problems? We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive innovation in the logistics and supply chain space. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customer success, designing and implementing tailored technical solutions that address real-world business challenges.

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver impactful product demonstrations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process, addressing technical questions and solution feasibility.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions that integrate with client systems and align with technical capabilities.
• Work with APIs, data integrations, and cloud-based systems to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
• Support post-sales onboarding, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to drive business success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to product enhancements based on customer feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a solution engineering, sales engineering, or pre‑sales role with a strong technical background.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain technology, and freight tech solutions (e.g., 3PLs, TMS, Project
  44, Four Kites, Descartes).
• Strong technical skills, including API integrations, systems architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in‑office 2-3 days per week in NYC or LA (Culver City).
