In

the role of Resident Engineer, we'll count on you to:
  • Perform complex construction assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection, and modification of standard construction engineering techniques and procedures
  • Conduct project field coordination, documentation, cost monitoring, bidding and scheduling
  • Receive, issue and track RFIs, submittals and other required data
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8 years experience
  • NYCT experience highly desired
  • CCM certification
  • Track Training
  • OSHA 30
  • PMG
    123
  • Local candidates to NYC area able to work within the 5 NY Boroughs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
  • Previous construction engineering experience
  • Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE) or P.Eng)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Estimating & CPM Scheduling Software, and web‑based document collaboration software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture
