A multidisciplinary engineering and construction management firm is seeking a Full-Time Resident Engineer for a NYCDPR project in Staten Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily site inspections, supervision, managing contract costs and schedules, and preparing detailed reports. Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering, at least 5 years of construction management experience, and strong communication skills.
Annual compensation is estimated at $110,000 to $140,000.
