Senior Electrical Engineer

I'm hiring a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to help modernize industrial control panel design and manufacturing.

• Strong experience designing industrial control panels and UL 508A-compliant electrical schematics
• Experience with tools like EPLAN, E3, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar platforms
• Someone who actively stays current on new technologies, manufacturing methods, and engineering best practices
• Interest in leveraging software, automation, and AI tools to improve engineering workflows
• A process-oriented mindset focused on standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
• High ownership, fast execution, and attention to detail
