Resident Engineer , NY

EnTech is seeking a full-time Resident Engineer with strong experience in NYC DEP water and wastewater projects. This role involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring contract compliance, and managing project delivery.

• Perform daily site inspections and oversee the construction management team
• Review and track contractor submittals
• Monitor project cost, schedule, safety quality and contract compliance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports
• Lead and document site coordination and progress meetings
• Ensure compliance with DEP standards and enforce safety protocols

• 8–10+ years of experience in construction management with NYC DEP projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• NY State PE License
• Familiarity with e-Builder
• Strong communication skills and work ethic

• Master’s in Environmental Engineering
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety (essential for supervisory roles)
• Familiarity with NYC DEP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

$175,000+ annually, commensurate with experience
