WHAT WE'RE DOING This position is for a Quality Analyst within the Undersea Warfare market segment (USW), supporting the MK48 Production Programs. This position will require on-site support for the Syracuse facility. THE WORK This individual will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing defect data to support Material Review Board (MRB) and Corrective Action Board(s) (CAB). This individual will work closely with Program Quality Engineering, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering to assess trends, complete root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

The selected candidate will support this team through program execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for implementation and execution of the quality requirements on your assigned program(s)
• Partner with Program Management and Integrated Program Team (IPT) to provide proactive issue identification, causal analysis, mitigation, and preventive action.
• Identify risks and proactively work with the program team to document risks and help to develop and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
• Establish and maintain Quality metrics that are utilized by the program team to monitor performance.
• Maintain and facilitate the Corrective Action Board (CAB) and Material Review Board (MRB).
• Drive root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions.

Basic Qualifications:

-Proficient in Excel and Power Point  
-Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) Experience
-Prior Data Analytics Experience
-Prior Manufacturing/production interfacing experience
-Prior Experience in a Quality Role
- Ability to obtain a Security clearance Desired

Skills:

- Previous Program Quality Experience
- Experience generating, submitting, and reviewing CDRLs
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt
- Procedural/Process Auditing Experience
- Tableau Experience
- Solumina Experience

- Experience with ISO
9001/AS9100
-Excellent verbal and written communication.

-Stakeholder presentation experience

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
