Join this team as an Electrical Controls Engineer, where you ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge electrical control systems for automated production lines.
Key Responsibilities- Apply electrical engineering principles to design functional and cost-effective control systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to understand project objectives.
- Utilize CAD software for engineering tasks.
- Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met during assembly and installation.
- Troubleshoot and debug machine systems as needed.
- Provide technical support to field service technicians and customers.
- Develop preventative maintenance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of practical experience in electrical design or application engineering.
- Familiarity with UL, NEMA, and CE codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical design software.
- Knowledge of electrical design standards, PLC logic, servo motors, and power distribution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexible, dedicated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
