This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Position SummaryThe Quality Engineer is a critical role for the organization, with responsibilities spanning multiple disciplines. The position reports directly to the Quality Manager and requires excellent communication, technical acumen, and organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Interface with customers, sales, engineering and manufacturing to understand and support customer‑specific quality requirements.
- Serve as the primary quality interface for new product development and new product launch.
- Perform 1st article inspections.
- Liaise with the customer on prepared product and documents for source inspection.
- Conduct quality review of X‑ray parts.
- Develop test standards.
- Perform and document results of life testing.
- Review engineering change orders to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Perform and document all required self‑release activities.
- Perform final pre‑cap inspections.
- Maintain all quality requirements for military standards.
- Participate on material review board as necessary.
- Prepare and provide reports as required.
- Maintain quality documentation.
- Utilize RBS tools to drive quality improvements.
- Lead Internal and External Corrective Actions using the 8D process.
- Conduct internal reject trend analysis and drive improvement opportunities.
- BS Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline; AS Degree with relevant experience (electrical disciplines preferred).
- 3+ years of prior Quality Assurance experience.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 Quality System requirements.
- Experience working in a quality role in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Electronics, Electrical or Electromechanical manufacturing is desired.
- Experience with problem‑solving tools and methodology.

Expected Compensation$65,000 – $95,000, with compensation based on role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
