Regarding the company
Frontier technology research and development: leading the design and preparation process optimization of optical thin films (laser/infrared/ultraviolet/ultra hard film, etc.), overcoming core technical challenges such as high transmittance, low reflection, and high stability;
Regarding the roleProject Coordination:
Lead national/provincial/ministerial level research projects related to optical coating, develop technical routes and resource allocation plans, and ensure the project is implemented on schedule;
- Technology transformation:
Promote the industrial transformation of laboratory core technologies, solve problems such as process adaptation and yield improvement in mass production processes; - International Cooperation:
Connect with overseas universities, research institutions, and top teams in the industry, build an international technology cooperation platform, and track the forefront trends of global optical coating technology; - Team building:
Lead the R&D team to carry out technical breakthroughs, guide postdoctoral/engineer work, and cultivate high-end technical talents.
- Educational background:
Doctoral degrees in Optical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or related majors from well-known overseas universities. Candidates with at least 3 years of overseas postdoctoral/research institution/well-known enterprise R&D work experience are preferred;
- Professional competence:
Proficient in optical thin film theory (thin film interference, dispersion, stress control, etc.), proficient in at least two core preparation technologies such as vacuum evaporation coating, magnetron sputtering coating, PECVD, etc; - Proficient in using thin film design software such as TFCalc and Macleod, with the ability to independently design complex optical thin film systems (such as anti reflective films, filters, and reflective films);
- Proficient in thin film characterization techniques (ellipsometer, spectrometer, atomic force microscope, XRD, etc.), able to independently analyze the correlation between thin film properties and process parameters;
- Language proficiency:
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to independently write English technical reports and participate in international academic conferences and exchanges; - Other:
Possess strong innovative thinking, project management skills, and cross team collaboration awareness, able to withstand high-intensity technical research pressure.
