** STV is seeking Office Engineer for our REI Group based in our Empire State Building, New York office**.
** Responsibilities:
*** Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements through review and verification of contractor submissions.
* Manage and maintain project documentation, including RFIs/RFCs, submittals, daily reports, and change orders.
* Coordinate and review material sampling and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and NYCDDC standards, track material certifications and test results.
* Prepare change orders, claims, material testing reports, and monthly pay estimates.
* Assist in coordinating project schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records of construction activities.
* Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate meeting minutes to issue a report of meeting to all parties after meetings
* Support field inspection teams by providing technical guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
* Communicate effectively with agency representatives, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate project success.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and construction
* Familiarity with CE&I processes, contract administration, and construction documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site as needed.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Prior NYCDCC experience
* Professional Engineer License is a plus
* OSHA 10 Hour Construction Training
* Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Compass and AASHTOWare project (AWP)
Compensation Range:$95,975.90 - $
