• Lead major infrastructure projects from planning through to execution
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and field performance
• Manage communication and coordination between clients, stakeholders, and JV partners
• Drive compliance with federal, state, and industry safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support your team with hands‑on technical expertise and solution-based leadership
• Lead project meetings, risk reviews, and site inspections
• Travel based on project site needs (multi‑state flexibility ideal)

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in bridge, roadway, rail, or tunneling projects
• Solid understanding of design-build methodology
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
• Proven experience managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in project scheduling and reporting software
• Hands‑on leadership style with excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
• Must have contractor‑side experience (EPC or Owner‑side experience only will not be applicable)
• US Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship not offered)
