Salary: $140,000–$220,000 base + Performance Bonuses + Vehicle Allowance ($10K–$12K)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in design-build heavy civil projects? Ready to lead high-impact work on record-setting bridges, underground tunnels, rail, dams, ports, and highways? What You’ll Be Doing- Lead major infrastructure projects from planning through to execution
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and field performance
- Manage communication and coordination between clients, stakeholders, and JV partners
- Drive compliance with federal, state, and industry safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Support your team with hands‑on technical expertise and solution-based leadership
- Lead project meetings, risk reviews, and site inspections
- Travel based on project site needs (multi‑state flexibility ideal)
- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in bridge, roadway, rail, or tunneling projects
- Solid understanding of design-build methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
- Proven experience managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in project scheduling and reporting software
- Hands‑on leadership style with excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
- Must have contractor‑side experience (EPC or Owner‑side experience only will not be applicable)
- US Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship not offered)
- Earn well – $140K–$220K base + performance bonuses
- Drive in comfort – $10K–$12K annual vehicle allowance
