Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate geotechnical field investigations, including drilling, sampling, and in‑situ testing.
- Analyze laboratory and field data to develop soil and rock classification, bearing capacity, and settlement predictions.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, design calculations, and construction drawings for foundations, retaining walls, and ground improvement.
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into overall project design.
- Utilize GIS and CAD tools to map subsurface conditions and support design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in geotechnical field investigations and design.
- Proficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, Geo Studio, GEO5) and GIS platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
