Senior Scheduler

About the Role:

EnTech seeks a full‑time Senior Scheduler to support scheduling across multiple infrastructure and construction projects. You’ll lead schedule development, analyze project progress, and identify risks to help clients stay ahead of delays.

• Developing and maintaining detailed Primavera P6 schedules for complex construction and infrastructure projects.
• Managing multiple schedules and providing regular status updates to clients. Analyzing schedules to identify risks, delays, and impacts to critical milestones.
• Reviewing contract documents and construction plans to ensure schedule accuracy and proper sequencing.
• Creating WBS structures, estimating durations, and identifying dependencies.
• Evaluating contractor schedule submittals and recommending corrective actions.
• Preparing schedule scenarios (“what‑if” analyses) and supporting delay or claims evaluations.

• Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience involving building construction and/or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Must be proficient in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and project controls principles.
• PSP Certification is recommended.

$145,000 to $165,000
