Within the QSE service, you will work on the sites of Peyruis, Sommières, and Marseille. Your missions will be:

• Terrain (prioritary - 70% of the time):
  Conduct regular safety visits on sites
• Perform driver and behavioral audits
• Check equipment, PPE, and respect of procedures
• Identify risks and non-conformities
• HSE Animation:
  Conduct safety and environmental talks
• Conduct safety and environmental training
• Raise awareness among teams of good practices
• Prepare and conduct safety and environmental exercises
• Be a force of proposal to improve prevention
• Administrative and follow-up management:
  Transcribe visits, audits, and incidents
• Update QSE displays
• Follow HSE indicators and dashboards
• Follow action plans and remind the responsible parties
• Follow works and contractors

Bac+2/3 in HSE, QHSE, or Environmental Safety

1 to 3 years of experience in HSE (long-term internship, alternation, or position)

Field experience in industrial, logistics, or construction site preferred

Mastery of Office Pack (Excel in particular)

Driving license B required

Skills:

autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, capacity for animation, rigor

First aid training desired

Electrical qualifications preferred

35h from Monday to Friday

13th month
