Quality Engineer
Location:
Sherrill, NY
The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring the quality of purchased parts across new products, new processes, and ongoing production, using SAP to manage quality records, supplier issues, and data analysis.
This role partners closely with suppliers, purchasing, and internal teams to execute PPAP approvals, supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The SQE leverages SAP quality modules and reporting to track nonconformances, analyze trends, and drive defect elimination while ensuring compliance with QMS and ISO/QS standards.
