About the Job Process EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join a leading manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact by optimizing production processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and driving innovation in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Provide daily technical support to plant operations by troubleshooting process and equipment issues, particularly PLC-related systems.
- Conduct technical reviews of process changes, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and plant personnel.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles.
- Demonstrated experience in PLC troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
