Responsibilities- Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering and software-related technologies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and protect their innovations.
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
- 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Admission to the USPTO.
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
- USPTO registration.
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Experience with machine learning, telecommunications, and hardware security.
