Senior Environmental Consultant

Important Note

We are only considering current or former Environmental Consultants for this role (ideally with Phase I/II ESA experience).

We are hiring a Senior Environmental Consultant to own the quality and delivery of every Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment we ship. You will be one of the senior environmental voices at the company: setting the quality bar, owning the relationships with the consulting firms we serve and working shoulder-to-shoulder with our CEO/engineering team to improve our agents.

• Full-time, in-person at our Brooklyn office
• $120,000-$140,000 base + performance bonus + meaningful early-stage equity

• Expected Start Date is ASAP

• 2-5 years in environmental consulting with experience producing Phase I/II environmental assessments.
• Based in NYC (or willing to relocate).
• Quality-obsessed: You naturally triple-check your work and treat your work product like an art.
• AI-Inclined: You already use ChatGPT or Claude in your workflow or are hungry to learn.
• Mindset: Startups are hard and unpredictable. You are the hardest working person you know and you find joy in taking on big challenges.
• Client-facing: Comfortable being the senior voice on calls with environmental consulting firms.

• Bachelor's or higher in environmental science, environmental engineering, geology, or related field.
• Real curiosity about how AI is changing professional services.
• Experience at a top-10 environmental consulting firm (ERM, AECOM, Ramboll, Tetra Tech, Stantec, Jacobs, Arcadis, WSP, Wood, Brown and Caldwell).
