Registered Architect – Lead Architect

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Active New York State RA license (or ability to obtain within a short time).
- Minimum eight years of experience in architectural design and production.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit and other design software is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of building codes, ADA standards, and construction practices.
- Salary ranges from $95,000 and up, commensurate with experience.

- Prepare contract documents, cost estimation, and technical reports.

Responsibilities- Civil engineering design for commercial, institutional, education, health care, multi‑family housing and related projects.
- Produce contract documents, plans and specifications.
- Prepare construction and design cost estimates.
- Coordinate multi‑discipline project teams (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm).
- Prepare technical reports including stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP).
- Review calculations, drawings, and specifications from technical staff.
- Minimum four‑year degree in civil/structural engineering.
- Minimum three years of experience.
- Working knowledge of NYS Building Code and standard construction practice.
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Civil 3D;
Revit a plus. - Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Pay: $85,000–$105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
