Pay Range: $73 - $76 per hour

The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between client design teams, external design teams, and contractors, facilitating design development and standardization across Client building sites.

• Oversee multiple MEP projects, ensuring timely, budget‑compliant, and high‑quality completions.
• Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical guidance on MEP systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and project managers, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Establish and maintain quality control processes and manage client expectations effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD) and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Experience in the mechanical design domain, preferably within industrial or construction environments.
