NUVIA Protection Maintenance Manager

Our products are designed and manufactured in our Morestel factory in Isère and sold under the NUVIATech Protection brand. We have an internal training curriculum linked to our trades to maintain and consolidate your skills over the years and allow for internal evolution according to your development projects within the entity.

Attached to our Operational Department at the NUVIA Protection headquarters in Morestel (70 km from Lyon), you will take charge of managing our maintenance/new construction activities on nuclear sites. This position is based on the various sites of the French nuclear park and may involve occasional trips to the headquarters and to other sites. You will be operationally responsible for your area and will intervene autonomously, while benefiting from the support of our Project Managers/Business Development and the teams already present on our sites.

Your main duties:

• Manage the operational team of 4 to 20 people on your assigned projects;
• Ensure safety on the site;
• Enforce Q3
  
  SRE procedures:
  Quality, Safety, Security, Health, Radio protection, and Environment in line with security requirements;
• Ensure the operational performance of activities on a daily basis;
• Perform site visits, evaluate work, and prepare associated estimates and cost estimates;
• Plan interventions with the client;
• Organize methods and prepare construction sites, ensuring the link with the back-office methods service;
• Control the proper progress of operations and validate the End of Intervention reports;
• Manage client relations at intervention sites;
• Ensure the reporting associated with the follow-up of operations;
• Take charge of ancillary unit projects, from tendering to the completion of work in connection with local activities.

Holding at least a Bachelor's degree, you have significant initial experience in project management. Knowledge and training in the nuclear sector (EDF) would be a real asset.

Our sites require people who are passionate about their work and who can demonstrate leadership qualities, rigor, autonomy, and organization. This position requires multidisciplinary technical knowledge (and fire protection if possible), practical sense, solid team management skills, construction site organization, and basic computer skills to use the digital tools deployed for better control of our activities.
