MissionsIn contact with all the trades of the Group, the manufacturing, scheduling, studies, project management, etc., you play a key role in the realization of the business and the continuous improvement of our performances. You are the guarantor of the good application of the client's quality, normative and regulatory requirements.
Each project is unique, offering an opportunity to work on innovative projects in strategic and demanding industrial sectors:
Nuclear, Defense, Pharmaceutical, etc. As a Quality Engineer, you will be required to:
- Write, animate and control the Quality & Safety project documents (PAQ, list of AIP, PQR, Non-conformity sheets, …)
- Organize and pilot customer inspections
- Raise awareness among employees about the issues related to Quality and Safety
- Carry out surveillances with the teams to ensure that the quality and safety requirements are understood and respected
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of projects and the quality & safety management system
- Education:
Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Quality - Experience:
3 to 5 years in a similar position or as an engineer in an industrial environment (ideally in the nuclear sector) - Technical skills: project management, ISO standards (9001, 19443), analysis methods
- Soft skills:
team spirit and analysis, rigor
Specific training in nuclear safety will be provided by CSTI Group, following the ISO 19443 standard, if necessary.
